Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24–48 hours of purchase. Once this window has passed, all sales are final and cancellation requests can no longer be accepted.
Refunds
We want you to be happy with your SpookSaw order, but due to the nature of our products, we only offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us with clear photo evidence of the damaged product (and packaging, if applicable) so we can process your claim.
- Lost in Transit: If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier and never delivered, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refund requests must be submitted within [2] days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date, for lost packages). We recommend reaching out to us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Please Note
- We are unable to offer refunds for reasons outside of the above (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size selection, buyer's remorse).
- Refunds, once approved, will be issued to your original payment method.
